Carol Forsyth is well known in the maritime industry. She has been assisting commercial vessel owners with their Maritime Operator Safety Systems (MOSS) since it started. Prior to this she was Vessel & Volunteer Manager at NZ National Maritime Museum, Skipper and crew on various ferries and charter boats on the Auckland Harbour.
